Nadine Holcomb of West Palm Beach, FL and Albuquerque, NM peacefully passed away on Monday, August 16, 1999. Nadine was born March 11, 1952 in LaMesa, TX. Although she was raised in Albuquerque, NM, she made her home in West Palm Beach, FL for the past 15 years where she pursued her dream of becoming a nurse. She successfully completed the nursing program at Palm Beach Community College and began her career at JFK Hospital in 1987. These rare qualities were apparent when she talked with people at Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence where she worked as a LPN and Charge Nurse. She is cherished by her loving son, Joe J. Vaquera; her daughter, Jody M. Vaquera; mother, Josephine Rodriguez; six sisters, Jessie Dunn, Marylou Garcia, Candi Rodriguez, Lupe Sanchez, Linda DeSotell, and Rita Sosa; and brother, Castulo Rodriguez, Jr. Additional survivors include two grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews and countless friends.
