Susan Inez Robinson, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, November 26, 1999. Susan was born on March 31, 1943 to John and Susan Adkins Hudson in Sumter, South Carolina. She was a very loving and devoted wife and mother, and considered herself a professional grandmother. She is survived by her husband, William; sons, Edward and his wife, Kathleen of St. Louis, Steven and his wife, Wendy of South Carolina; daughters, Catherine and her husband, Fred Russell Jr. of Alabama, Donna Lutes and her husband, Sam of Rio Rancho; four sisters; six brothers; and 12 grandchildren, Angela Mickile, Suzannah, Alexandria, Alexander, Spencer, Stefanie, Emily, Fred III, Linda, Jenifer, and Benjamin. A Memorial service for Susan will be held today at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Rio Rancho Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Salvation Army Children's Home, Sumter, South Carolina 29150.
