Cleo Fox, 59, a longtime resident of Albuquerque and currently of Belen, died Tuesday, November 23, 1999. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Kaiser and husband, Ron of Belen; son, Frank H. Fox, Jr. of Hobbs; mother, Bessie Wilburn of Belen; grandchildren, Kelly McKinley and husband, Monty and Kevin Kaiser and wife, Pam; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Mikalya and Kaitlynn; sister, June Stevens and husband, George of Albuquerque; sister-in-law, Melba Kennedy of Colorado; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Services will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Sunday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
