Obituary for Seaberg

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Tuesday September 21, 1999

Margaret"Peggy" Seaberg, a resident of Albuquerque since 1984, died early Saturday morning, September 11, 1999, at home in the arms of her loving family. Peggy died peacefully from Lymphoma cancer earlier than expected on Saturday. Peggy was born in 1925 in Detroit, Michigan. Peggy graduated from high school and business school. Peggy raised her family and then worked at the Ford Motor Co., Advertising Research, as an Executive Secretary, and retired and moved to Albuquerque in 1984. Peggy served as a volunteer at Northside Presbyterian Hospital for ten years. Peggy was a member of the Albuquerque Rose Society, Uptown Garden Club, Pedal Pushers Club, and was a member of the Ladera Woman's Golf Club, serving as their Treasurer this year. Because of our desire to live in New Mexico, we moved in 1984. Peggy was an avid rose person and gardener and also was the librarian at the Albuquerque Garden Center for ten years. Her parents and Peggy loved golf and played at many courses in the USA and elsewhere. Memorial services will be at Faith Lutheran Church, 10,000 Spain, near Eubank, at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 27th. Interment will be at a later date in Michigan.
