Obituary for Wallace

Nancy Jewel Ward Wallace, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 1999. She was visiting in Plano, TX to celebrate her 90th birthday with her entire immediate family. Mrs. Wallace is survived by her daughters, Mary Williams and husband, Kyle of Albuquerque and Nona Rutherford and husband, Jim of McKinney, TX; grandchildren, Rick Williams and wife, Melody of Lufkin, TX, David Williams of Albuquerque, Randy Rutherford and wife, Leigh of Waco, TX and Laurie Haese and husband, Tim of Plano, TX; great-grandchildren, Heather and Claire Williams, Caleb Williams, Hannah Haese and Emma Jewel Rutherford; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers and sisters; and her husband, Tom L. Wallace. Mrs. Wallace was born on September 9, 1909 in Kosse, TX. She belonged to Hoffmantown Baptist Church. Mrs. Wallace recently resided in Bear Canyon Estates in Albuquerque. She was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed her church activities. Mrs. Wallace will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Services will be held Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Pastor Ken Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Kyle Williams, Jim Rutherford, Rick Williams, David Williams, Randy Rutherford and Tim Haese. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
