Deborah Lynn Baker, age 40, beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many, passed away in her home on Tuesday morning after a long and courageous fight with cancer. Debbie is survived by her mother, Celia Baker; her brother, Ken Baker and wife, Diane along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 9, 1999 at the Fitzgerald & Son Stateroom. A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 1999 at the Fitzgerald Chapel, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE with Pastor Bob Church officiating. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7500 Paseo Del Norte NE. Pallbearers are Chuck Woods, Ernie Phillips, Johnny Romero, Max Gutierrez, Kenneth Baker, Dwight Iris. Honorary pallbearer is Steve Lujan. A reception will be held after the committal at 8020 Rio Grande NW. Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE, in charge of arrangements.
