Joe M. Lopez passed away on Monday, September 6, 1999 in Albuquerque. He is survived by his wife, Carmen Lopez; daughter, Katie Chacon and husband, Henry; son, Lawrence Lopez and wife, Donna; son, Anthony Lopez and wife, Mary; son, Robert Lopez; daughter, Maria Murdoch and husband, Mike; daughter, Marcella Garcia and husband, Richard; son, Andrew Lopez and wife, Dawn; and son, Vincent Lopez; one brother, Crencio Lopez and wife, Rosie; and 21 grandchildren. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 1999, and Mass will be Thursday, September 9, 1999, 10:00 a.m., at the Sacred Catholic Church. Internment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Mike Murdoch, Richard Garcia, Henry Chacon, Victor Chacon, Jesse Lopez, and Steve Lopez.
