Obituary for Molinar

Mr. Victor J. Molinar, 74, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on October 3, 1999. Mr. Molinar was the beloved husband of 50 years to Mrs. Josephine Molinar. Mr. Molinar is also survived by three daughters, Angie Chavez and husband, Joe, Mickie Granados and Vickie Molinar and Michael Salazar; one son, Salomon Trujillo and wife, Stephanie; two sisters, Lupe Tucker and Enedina De Anda and husband, Luis; two brothers, Alberto Molinar and Antonio Molinar and wife, Enriquetta; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a very special friend, Bernice Hernandez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Molinar was a member of the Catholic Church, a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, with visitation after 6:30 p.m. Linda Griego reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning, 10:00 a.m., at St. Edwin's Catholic Church, 2150 Raymac SW, with viewing at the church after 9:40 a.m. Father Hernandez, Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12;30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Michael Salazar, Steve Sanchez, Mark Pino, Alan Pino, Tom Griego and Patrick Montano. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of arrangements.
