Obituary for Archuleta

Mercy C. Archuleta, 74, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, September 21, 1999. She is survived by her three sons, Justin Archuleta, Daniel Archuleta and wife, Jeanette, all of Albuquerque and Henry Archuleta and wife, Darlene of Cuba, NM; grandchildren, Henry Lee, Jacob, Sarah and Jamie Archuleta, Donna Volden and Denise Manchego; great-grandchildren, Tony Archuleta and Jackson and Roman Manchego; two sisters, Dolores Casaus and Senovia Romero; two brothers, Justiniano Crespin and Manuel Crespin; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emilio and Margarita Crespin. Mrs. Archuleta worked as a nurse for many years, later volunteering her time to care for the elderly. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Archuleta also loved being in the mountains of Norther New Mexico, where she was born and raised. Prayer services will be held Friday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Senior Pastor Mark Pecina officiating. Services will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Cuba Baptist Church in Cuba, NM, with Senior Pastor Mark Pecina officiating. Interment will follow at Cuba Assembly of God Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Margarito, Marcelino, Gerald, Amador and Leroy Crespin, Henry Lee Archuleta and Harry Casaus. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
