JoAnn"Jody" Osuna, 59, a resident of Albuquerque for 52 years, died Friday, August 13, 1999. She is survived by her husband, Carlos E. Osuna of the family home; sons, Scott V. Childers and wife, Mary of Vancouver, WA and Paul J. Childers of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Joseph Childers and wife, Sarah and Eric Childers; great-grandson, Jonathan; mother, Mary Jane Meeks of Albuquerque; brother, Samuel Meeks; sister, Janet Meeks, both of Little Rock, AR; many other relatives and friends. Mrs. Osuna was a member of Christ The Ray of Hope Lutheran Church. She was the 49th heart transplant in the state of New Mexico nine years ago. Services will be held Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., at Christ The Ray of Hope Lutheran Church, 7001 San Antonio NE, with Pastor Harold Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Kerry Clark, Paul Casaus, Joe Thoma, Mike Thoma, Quito Osuna-Carr and John Thoma. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Monday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the name of JoAnn"Jody" Osuna to the Thomas W.
