Timothy M. Hooper (Papa Tim), age 44, a life long resident passed away Friday at his home. He is survived by his parents, mother, Phyllis Cooper; father, Lawrence A. Hooper and wife, Joyce; sister, Helen Lucero and husband, Mike and their son, Marcus; step-sister, Holly Compiano and her son, Anthony; Aunt Evelyn Hooper; and numerous cousins and friends. The family would like to acknowledge special friends, Ernie and Mary Hall; his 50 students and pen pals and the Presbyterian Hospice Nurses. Memorials are preferred to the Retinitis Pigmentosa Foundation, in care of Commission For The Blind, 2200 Yale Blvd S.E., 87106. A memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. S.E.
