Clayton J. Corder, 22, son of Jack and Paula Corder and brother of Vanessa Corder, all of Rio Rancho, NM was called home by God on Sunday, July 4, 1999. Clayton is also survived by a half sister, Laurie of Lubbock, TX; and his grandmothers, Frances Nichols of Las Cruces, NM and Virginia Corder of Lubbock, TX. Clayton was the Goal Keeper for the Conference Champion Soccer team at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. Services have been set for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 10, 1999 at the First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho. Officiating will be Rev. Si Budagher assisted by Billy Bob White of Mineral Wells, TX and also of the Warrior Ministry team. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Warrior Ministry Team, 10312 Leymon Ct. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114 have been suggested. Arrangements are under the direction of Vista Verde Memorial Park and Mortuary, 4310 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho, NM.
