Eugene D. Pacheco, a resident of Rio Rancho, formerly of Pueblo, CO, passed away April 30 following an illness. He is survived by his loving children, David Pacheco, Aaron Pacheo, Andrew Pacheco, Rebecca Garcia and Janine Vigil. Also surviving is Marcella Pacheco-Martinez; two brothers, John Pacheco and Joe Pacheco; two sisters, Helen Young and Tessie Kellogg; his loving mother, Rebecca Pacheo; and 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, on Surfwood Lane, at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 1999 with Bishop Weisner officiating. Interment to follow at the Roselawn Cemetery with Military Honors. Pallbearers will be Arthur LeFebre, Anthony Vigil, Vincent Pacheco, Tacho Barela and Tony Garcia. Services entrusted to Alameda Mortuary, Albuquerque, Gary F. Santillanes, C.F.S.P.
