Joe E. Garcia, 58, beloved and devoted husband, father, and brother, was called home to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 9, 1999. Mr. Garcia was a parishioner of San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Mr. Garcia worked at Mary Ann Binford Elementary public school. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth (Liz); a son, Mark Garcia of Albuquerque; a daughter, Sandra Garcia of Rio Rancho; and a brother, Carmen V."Tin" Garcia and wife, Tillie of Albuquerque. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Garcia and Senieda A. Garcia; also three brothers, Antonio Garcia, Esquivel Garcia and Mike Garcia; and two sisters, Dolore Lefebre and Castella Gutierrez. Mr. Garcia will be greatly missed by his loving family. Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Funeral services are under the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave. SW.
