Sverre E. (TJ) Tjora, 58, a resident of Albuquerque for 23 years, died Wednesday, January 20, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Janet Tjora of Albuquerque; parents, Enok and Karen Tjora of Sola, Norway; sister, Reidun Braun and husband, John of Chicago, IL; nieces, Tanya and Monika Braun; mother and father-in-law, Winnie and Lawrence Fitzner of Logan, NM; and numerous other family members. Mr. Tjora was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of American Legion Post #49. Mr. Tjora retired in 1998 from Sandia National Laboratories after 21 years. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Cremation has taken place and private family services have been held.
