Obituary for Tant

Lucille E. Tant, 72, passed away Friday, July 16, 1999. She was born September 28, 1926, in York, Nebraska. She has made Albuquerque her home for the last 34 years and retired from Digital Equipment Corp. She is survived by her husband, Bob; three daughters and their husbands, Callie and Terry, Karen and Bob, Sandra and Edward; eight grandchildren, Brandon, Alice, Alisha, Becky, Eva, Lee, Amanda and Shawna; one great-grandchild, Adam; her sister, Iona; and brothers, Bud, Ken, Bob, and their families. There will be a visitation on Monday, July 19 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday from the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle N.E. with Todd Salwedel officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Serving as casket bearers will be Edward Mays, Terry Habish, Bob Varga, Lee Habish, Brandon Mosley and Dwight Irish. In lieu of flowers a memorial will be set up for contributions to the Arthritis Foundation.
