Obituary for Larson

Douglas Duane Larson, 37, beloved son and brother, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, March 17, 1999 in Albuquerque. He was born April 28, 1961 in Albuquerque and attended Sandia High School. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Jean Larson, who died February 16, 1999. He is survived by his great-grandmother, Cora Wisner of Livingston, TN; his grandmother, Bertha Bowers of Kingman, AZ; his parents, Don and Elnora Larson of Albuquerque; his son, Timothy Allen Martellini of Moriarty, NM; his foster sister, Nicole Sessions and husband, Radley of Murray, UT; his twin brother, Dennis of Albuquerque; brothers, David of Tucson, AZ and Shawn and wife, Jennifer of Las Vegas, NM; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. His great joys in life were music and animals. Douglas grew up in Faith Chapel, where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 27 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice. Arrangements for cremation were made by Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
