Girard (Jerry) Guadalupe Contreras passed away at the UNM hospital February 13, 1999. He is survived by his parents, Deacon and Mrs. Robert A. Contreras; two sisters, Christine R. Mills of West Palm Beach, FL and Patti E. Reedy, of Albuquerque; three brothers, Robert J. Contreras, of Tallahassee, FL, Michael J. Contreras and Thomas L. Contreras of Albuquerque. Services will be held at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, with Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday February 15, 1999. Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday February 16, 1999. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Salazar & Sons Mortuary are in charge of the arrangements.
