James R. ("Bob") Vandegrift, born on May 23, 1943, died on June 11, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Joan; his brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Paula Vandegrift; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ken and Helen Knight; nieces and nephews. No services will be held. Cremation has taken place. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, in charge of arrangements.
