Obituary for Crespin

Mr. Antonio"Tony" Crespin died Monday in Albuquerque at the age of 87. Mr. Crespin was originally from Las Vegas, NM and had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1951. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mr. Crespin was preceded in death by his wife, Evangeline Crespin; and daughters, Precilla Romero and Elvira Crespin. He is survived by his daughter, Jennie Jaramillo; sons, Richard Crespin, and Ronald Lucero and wife, Stella, all of Albuquerque; son-in-law, Albino Romero of Pueblo, CO; brother, Pelagio Crespin of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Maxine Watta of Denver, CO and Michael Romero of Pueblo, CO; great-grandchild, Lucas Watta of Pueblo, CO; and great-great-grandchildren, Luke and Arty Rael of San Luis, CO. Funeral services for Mr. Crespin will be held on Thursday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Vigil, Louis Vigil, Herman Vigil, Isidro Vigil, Adao Carter and Robert Vigil Jr. A Rosary for Mr. Crespin will be held on Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., at the Salazar and Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St. SW.
