Captain Frank Roy Kaiser died peacefully at home at the age 86, on January 24, 1999 after a long illness. Family and friends were with him. He is survived by his wife, Jean E. Kaiser of Corrales, NM. Other survivors include daughter, Christina Marshall and husband, Michael Marshall of Corrales; his daughter, Linda Kaiser of Glastonbury, CT, Emily Sue Lynch of Jackson, WY; son, Ernest Montgomery of Albuquerque, NM; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Burial and memorial services will be held at a later date in Madison, CT.
