Obituary for Lovato

Edward J. Lovato, age 45 and a resident of Albuquerque passed away on Friday, January 22, 1999. He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Lovato of Arizona; his mother, Evangeline Garcia and step-father, Miguel Garcia of Bernalillo; two sisters, Diana Schultz of California, and Priscilla Alderete of Albuquerque; one brother, Paul Lovato of California, and other relatives and friends including Lola Perea who was like a second mother to him. Edward was a member of State of New Mexico Board of Examiners for Architects. Viewing and Visitation will be held Monday, January 25, 1999 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. when a rosary will be recited in the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, NM. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday January 26, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery with John Gutierez, Mike Alderete, Paul Perea, Gilbert Perea, Henry Perea, and Eli Esquibel serving as pallbearers, and Arturo Herrera, Art Gutierez, Joe Chavez, and Eddie Joe Esquibel serving as honorary pallbearers. Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE are in charge of arrangements.
