Bertha Whitlow, 88, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died on Thursday, January 21, 1999. She is survived by her children, Jean Vinke of Albuquerque, Donald Whitlow and wife, Eloise of Tucumcari, NM, Dale Whitlow of Peralta, NM, Jerry Whitlow and wife, Deborah of Tijeras, NM, and Darlene Hoskins and husband, Wayne of Albuquerque; nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and numerous other relatives and friends. Mrs. Whitlow was a school bus driver and enjoyed being a homemaker. Services will be held Monday, January 26, 1999, 1:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE, with Pastor Clyde Fulfer officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Steve Vinke, Bob Whitlow, Gary Whitlow, Glen Vinke, Derek Whitlow, Mike Thoma, and Paul Quintana. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Sunday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
