Lorenzo J. Torrez, 80, peacefully passed away January 21, 1999. He was preceded in death by his son, Benjamin; and step-son, Fred Sedillo. He is survived by wife, Priscilla; daughter, Joylene Perea and husband, Victor; son, John Torrez and wife, Alice; mother-in-law, Sadie Sedillo; brother-in-law, Pete Sedillo and wife, Christine; granddaughters, Veronica Perea, Amanda Torrez; grandson, John Jacob"J.T." Torrez; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and many loving friends at Albuquerque Manor. Services will be held at Ascension Catholic Church, 2150 Raymac SW, with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday with Father Anthony Bolman officiating. Burial of cremains will follow at St. Vincent De Paul Cemetery at Punta de Agua, NM with full Military Honors. Direct Services, 2919 4th NW, 343-8008.
