Elsa Garms, 94, a resident of Ruidoso, NM, was called home to be with the Lord on May 23, 1999. Elsa moved to Albuquerque in 1970 and later moved to Belen where she lived for many years. She then moved to Ruidoso. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., at the Terrace Grove Cemetery in Belen. Romero Funeral Home, 609 N. Main St., Belen, NM.
