Obituary for Shaw

Leo Thomas Shaw, 80, passed away on May 20, 1999 in Albuquerque. He was born in Synder, OK and married Margie Nichols in Texico, NM on April 13, 1966. He was a retired auto salesman. He and Margie moved to Albuquerque from Clovis, NM 30 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Margie Shaw; children, Larry T. Shaw, Kayla Rader and Larry Scroggins, all of Albuquerque, Anita Calkins of High Rolls, NM, Cynthia McDonald of West Jordan, UT, Regina Neimeyer of Wichita Falls, TX and Ramona Nelson of Enid, OK; and a sister, Frances Hartsorn of Pasadena, CA. Other survivors include 11 grandchildren, Shannon Redfield, Cherice Nicholson, Amber Rader, Dusty Rader, Cody Rader, Kenny McDonald, Kala McDonald, Hannah McDonald, Susanne Lawrence, Sara MacMurdie, Leona Harris; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Monday, May 24, 1999 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, followed by services at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Vernon Lierly and Brother Curtis Brown, officiating. Interment will be in Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho. Pallbearers will be Steve Gonzales, Russ Thorston, Forrest Rader, Dale Keyser, Joe Looney and Jack Chambers.
