Theresa H. Mendoza, 64, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 19, 1999. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Frank; one son, Michael Grijalva of Moriarty; one daughter, Marie Padilla and husband, Ronny of Peralta; two grandchildren, Melissa and Krystal Padilla; four stepchildren; and she was a loving"Grandma" to another nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The rosary will be recited on Monday, May 24, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 833 Arizona SE. Church services will be held on Wednesday, May 26th at Holy Ghost Church at 10:30 a.m. with burial following at 1:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association at the local Albuquerque office.
