Richard G. Lucas, 59, of Garland, passed away after a courageous battle with diabetes on March 31, 1999. Survived by wife, Sue; son, Rick; daughters, Sheila Lucas and Carolyn Leech; three brothers; step-mother and step-father, Bob and Louise Blair.
