Helen P. Oltmans, 76, a resident of Albuquerque for 15 years, died Tuesday, March 30, 1999. She is survived by her step-daughter, Norma Silva and husband, Frank of Albuquerque; and sisters, Marcy of Cathedral City, CA, Mary of Carlsbad, CA, and Lexie of Denver, CO. Graveside services will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale SE, with Father Michael McHugh officiating.
