Elpidia (Epi) Soto Reyes, 75, a beloved and devoted mother and grandmother was called to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 27, 1999. She is survived by her loving children, Mabel and Joseph, and her loving grandchildren, Susan, Adrien and Erica. And her loving daughter-in-law, Karen. Funeral services will be held at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE on Wednesday, March 31, 1999 at 10:30 a.m.
