Obituary for Rice

Onalee M. Rice died on April 15, 1999 in Albuquerque. She was born in Muncie, IN and moved to Albuquerque in 1954 from Dunkirk, NY. She was a member of the City Beautification Society, served as Home League Secretary, and was a Soldier in the Salvation Army. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erwin A. Rice, in August 1996. She is survived by two sons, David A. Rice and Don F. Rice, both of Albuquerque; numerous other family members; and grandchildren, Damon Livings of Dell City, OK, Leah Broadbent, JoAnn Conrady, Joseph Rice, and Susan Rice, all of Albuquerque; and a number of great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, at chapel of Sandia Funeral Care followed by services at 6:30 p.m. with Captains Cliff and Lynn Dickinson of the Salvation Army officiating. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Monday, at Sandia Memory Gardens. Arrangements are provided by Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
