Dr. Randall Scott Saunders, 34, a resident of Albuquerque since 1992, died Monday, April 12, 1999. He is survived by his father, Howard Saunders and step-mother, Jean of Ft. Collins, CO; mother, Marvie Lou Durbin-Voss and step-father, Harvey Voss of Longmont, CO; brother, Steven Saunders and wife, Tammy of Longmont, CO; uncle, Kenneth Saunders and wife, Marion of Cheyenne, WY; aunts, Patricia Durbin-Gonzales and husband, Ted of Albuquerque and Darlene Bodnar and husband, Robert of Northglenn, CO; nephew, Zachary Saunders of Longmont, CO; and several cousins. Dr. Saunders received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University in 1987 and his PhD in Chemical Engineering from M.I.T. in 1992. He worked as a Research Chemical Engineering for Sandia National Laboratory. Memorial services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating.
