Obituary for Fish

Noah Kirkpatrick Fish Jr., 67, of Del City, OK, passed away due to injuries received in the tornado on May 3, 1999. He was born to Noah K. Fish Sr. and Elizabeth (Coker) Fish on August 23, 1931 in Holdenville, OK. Noah was a member of First Southern Baptist Church and a mason. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor Degree. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1972 after 21 years of service. He served in Vietnam. He also retired from the Indian Health Service. He is survived by three daughters, Chelsea Fish of the home, Teresa Longhorn of Shawnee, OK, Stacy Van Vliet of Rosehill, CA; one son, Noah K. Fish III of Roseville, CA; eight grandchildren, Gabriel, Stuart, and Lindsey Longhorn, Shawnee, OK, Patrick and Amber Fish, and Rebekah, Megan and Donald Van Vliet of Roseville, CA; two great-grandchildren, Chasity and Gabriel Longhorn of Shawnee, OK; one sister, Exie Fish. He was preceded in death by parents, Noah and Elizabeth Fish; wife, Berniece Fish; and a sister, Shirley Fish. The family will have a visitation at Glorieta Baptist Church, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday. Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at Glorieta Baptist Church with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Luncheon will be provided immediately following committal service.
