Mr. Armenio T."Maco" Martinez, 60, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on May 3, 1999. Mr. Martinez was the beloved husband of 41 years to Mrs. Theresa Martinez. He is also survived by his loving daughters, Elvira Duran and husband, Nathan, Jo Ann Cantrall and husband, Tom, Suzette Kent and husband, Ric, and Ruby Jaramillo and husband, Steve; three sisters, Lucy Montoya, Priscilla Martinez and Sandra Hernandez and husband, Ted; three brothers, Gilbert Martinez and wife, Irene, Joe Martinez and Raymond Martinez; grandchildren, Cathy, T.J., Joey, Bryan, Daniel, Dominique and Savanah; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Martinez was a member of the Catholic Church and enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Mildred NW, with visitation at the church after 6:30 p.m. Gabriella Nieto will recite the Rosary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning, 10:00 a.m., at St. Therese Church with final viewing at the church after 9:30 a.m. Father John Plans, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tom Cantrall, Nathan Duran, Ric Kent, Steve Jaramillo, Joe Martinez and Raymond Martinez. Honorary will be Gilbert Martinez and Raymond Chavez. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd., in charge of arrangements.
