Alice M. Meese, 68, a resident of Albuquerque and the Belen, NM area, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 1999. Alice was preceded in death by her father, Joseph F. Meese. She is survived by her mother, Filipina Meese of Gallup, NM; sisters, Annie Easley of Albuquerque, Helen McIntosh of Show Low, AZ, and Dorothy Barnes of Las Vegas, NM; brothers, Charles Meese of Gallup, NM, George Meese of Albuquerque, Fred Meese and Victor Meese, both of Gallup, NM and Arthur Meese of Oklahoma; and her husband, Arthur N. Williams of Albuquerque; daughters, Earry Schray and husband, Steve of Albuquerque, Patricia A. Gutierrez (Patty's Corner) and husband, Phillip of Belen, NM, and Roseanna Bacon of Albuquerque. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Steven, Carey, Richard and Arliegh Schray, all of Albuquerque, Phillip, Debbie Sue, Sean and Brenda Gutierrez, all of Gallup, NM, Deborah and Joe Martinez, also of Gallup, NM, Michael A. Richardson and wife, Nicole, and John C. Bacon, all of Albuquerque. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Alex and Andeebear Schray, Rhiannon Gutierrez, Jason and Marissa Rael, Amanda Martinez, Ryan, Erin, Brittany and Phillip Gutierrez, Josh, Terry, and Brandelina Richardson. Rosary will be recited Saturday, January 9, 1999, 9:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steven L. Schray, Richard L. Schray, Phillip and Sean Gutierrez, Deborah Martinez, Michael A. Richardson and John C. Bacon. Romero Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
