Obituary for Storer

Diana Cristofori Storer, 71, a longtime resident of Liberty, NY and a resident of Albuquerque since 1970, died Saturday, January 2, 1999, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She is survived by her children, John Storer and wife, Mary, Kathy Helin and husband, Barry, Jim Storer, all of Albuquerque and Kenneth T. Storer of Harris, NY; seven grandchildren, Terry Storer and wife, Cindy of Woodbourne, NY, Toby Storer and wife, Tonya of Pompano Beach, FL, Tracy Russell and husband, Steve of Lighthouse Point, FL, Kirsten Cobb and husband, Eric of Albuquerque, Erik Helin of Muncie, IN and Vincent and Alicia Storer of Albuquerque; two great-grandchildren, Kyle Storer of Woodbourne, NY and Tucker Gage Storer of Pompano Beach, FL; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth j. Storer in 1997. Prior to her illness, Diana was very active with the Hug-A-Bear program through the Telephone Pioneers of America. She will be remembered by family and friends as a great listener and confidant. Rosary will be recited Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated, Friday, 10:30 a.m., at Gate of Heaven Chapel, 7500 Paseo Del Norte NE, with Father Michael Cimino officiating. Pallbearers will be Vicent Storer, Erik Helin, Eric Cobb, Manuel Duran, David Duran and Jim Maddy.
