Obituary for Sandoval

Federico G. Sandoval, 90, a resident of Santa Fe for most of his life, died peacefully Sunday, December 12, 1999. He is survived by his daughters, Erlinda Hidalgo and husband, Eddie of Albuquerque and Yolanda Rodriguez and husband, Mike of Santa Fe; sons, Fred Sandoval Jr. and wife, Dessie, Ramon Sandoval, all of Santa Fe and Pat Sandoval and wife, Betty of Fremont, CA; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; brother, Cecilio Sanchez and wife, Teresita of Santa Fe; and many other family and friends. Mrs. Sandoval was preceded in death by his wife, Victorita; and grandsons, Eddie Hidalgo, Jr. and Nicklaus Rodriguez. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE with Deacon Al McLane reciting. Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 417 Agua Fria in Santa Fe with the day and time to be announced. Interment will follow at Rosario Cemetery in Santa Fe. Pallbearers will be Larry Hidalgo, Freddie Hidalgo, Gene Hidalgo, Marcos Apodaca, Monico Jones and John Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Sandoval, Michael Rodriguez, Steven Herrera, Larry Sandoval, Jason Jones, Mario Hidalgo, Brian Sandoval and Mark Sandoval. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE, Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
