Virginia T. Howard, 78, an Albuquerque resident since 1961, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 1999. She was born Virginia Thulin in East Stroudsburg, PA, December 27, 1920. She retired in 1983 from long service with the State Disability Determination Unit, in Albuquerque. She is survived by a son, Alan Reinhart of Medford, NJ; and a step-son, James Howard of Londonberry, NH. Memorial services will be held at St. Timothy's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 211 Jefferson NE at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 9. Cremation arrangements are being provided by Sunrise Society, 891-8200.
