Delinda Hill, 39, passed away, December 3, 1999. She is survived by Victor Bascom; sons, David, Jimi, Bryan; parents, Jimmy and Linda Hill; brothers, Travis and Wes; sisters, Paula and Donna; and numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss her.
