Irene Lynne Fasciani, 53, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 20 years, coming from Little Falls, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 1999. Irene was born September 7, 1946, the daughter of John and Margaret Mahoney Farrell in Leonia, New Jersey. Irene had worked for the US West Telephone Company for 23 years. Irene was preceded in death by her father, John Farrell. She is survived by her husband, Nicholas Fasciani of Rio Rancho; son, Nicholas Fasciani Jr. of Rio Rancho; mother, Margaret Farrell; one sister, Kathleen Raveri of Goshen, NY; and three nephews, Timothy, Daniel, and Brian. The visitation for Irene will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 1999, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd., at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 9, 1999 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with the Rev. Terry Brennan as the Celebrant.
