Obituary for Clarke

Veronica T. Clarke, 68, a two-year resident of Rio Rancho, died Wednesday, October 18, 2000. She is survived by her sons, Michael Clarke and Kenneth Clarke; daughter, Althea Clarke; mother, Christina; sisters, Theresa Matthews, Cynthia, and Pearl Neptune; brothers, Don, Kelvin, Alden, and Linton Neptune; and special friend, Audrey Rowe. Her hobbies included gardening, shopping, sewing, and crafts. She was a member of Friends of Many Cultures of Rio Rancho, Trinidad and Tobago Nurses Association and Knickerbocker's Professional Women's Club. She was also active in AARP and NEA. She was a devoted daughter, loving mother, and as a teacher, was committed to her students. Services will take place at Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Fords, NJ, with interment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Friday, October 20, 2000, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
