Aura J. Adams, age 70, died Monday, October 16, 2000. She is survived by her daughters, Cindi Chouinard of Nevada, and Pat Racicot and husband, John Stephan of Tijeras; brother, Michael Adams of Nevada; grandchildren, Michellee Racicot of Washington, Daniellee Racicot of Albuquerque, Robert, Bryan, and Beverly Chouinard, all of Nevada; sister, Jane Wilsford of Albuquerque; sister-in-law, Thelma Mills of Texas; and numerous other relatives. Aura was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Adams; and brother, Homer"Buster" Mills. Throughout her life, Aura traveled extensively, seeing many things and touching many lives. She was truly loved by all and became a friend and mother figure to not only her own children and grandchildren, but all of their friends as well. Aura was always proud of her family. She had a rich life with lots and love and family around her. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 19, 4:00 p.m., at Aspen Funeral Alternatives Chapel, 1935 Juan Tabo NE, (323-9000).
