Obituary for Vallejos

Herman B. Vallejos, 70, beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother was called home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 16, 2000. Herman was born in Truth or Consequences, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque and proud Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife Dolores Vallejos of the family home; four daughters, Laurie Torres and husband Andy, Joann Romero and husband Jerry, Janet Duran and Ann Marie Rodriquez all of Albuquerque; two sons, Bennie Duran and Bill Duran also of Albuquerque; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother, Manuel Vallejos of Las Vegas, NV; a sister Lorie Garcia of T or C, NM; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be this evening from 6:00 p.m. till the time of Rosary which will be recited at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, the time and place will be announced. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
