Doris La Von Riedel, 84, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2000. She was born in Dannebrog, Nebraska, attended Cumming School of Art, and was an interior designer for Younkers Department Store in Des Moines, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lindblom and later by husband, Dr. Robert Riedel of Topeka, KS. She is survived by daughter, Kathy, son-in-law, David, and grandsons, Tyler and Peter Glidden; as well as three nieces and a nephew. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to La Vida Llena Full Life Foundation, 10501 Lagrima de Oro NE, or Art in the School, Inc., P.O. Box 3416. A Memorial service will be held at La Vida Llena in Carter Hall at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 27, 296-6700.
