Joseph L. Gibbs, 47, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away January 21, 2000. He is survived by his mother, Della Gibbs; father, Joseph L. Gibbs Sr.; grandparents, Rev. J.M. Gibbs of Albuquerque and Ruth Mathis of San Antonio, TX; sisters, Mavis Gaskins of Rio Rancho, Lula Gibbs, Donna Lemons, Zina Gibbs, all of Albuquerque, Joelene Jones of Alamogordo, and Faedra Johnson of Rio Rancho; and brothers, Robert Gibbs and Phillip Gibbs of Texas, and Felix Gibbs of Albuquerque. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 1, 2000, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Funeral Home.
