Manuel S. Ortiz, born in Raton on August 5, 1915, ended his earthly existence on July 12, 2000 and joined his heavenly father in the greater realm. Rosary was recited Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at St. Theresa Little Flower Catholic Church with Deacon Bob Lewis reciting. Mass was celebrated Friday, 1:30 p.m., at St. Theresa Little Flower Catholic Church with Father John Plans, Celebrant. Interment followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
