Charles S. Preston, 91, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2000. Mr. Preston moved to New Mexico in 1950 with his family from Geneva, New York. He retired from the house of Carpets in 1984. He is survived by his son, Paul Preston and wife, Emily; granddaughter, April Kniebbe and spouse, Harold; grandson, Roger Preston and spouse, Michelle; great-grandchildren, Justin, Cameron, and Logan Kniebbe, Montenique, Mahzenique, and Isziah Preston. Mr. Preston was preceded in death by his son, Phillippe. Charles will be remembered for his keen sense of humor. He will be missed by his family. Cremation has taken place and a private burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements by Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo NE.
