Ramon Chavez, 95, passed away on February 20, 2000. He was born on August 12, 1904. He is survived by his wife, Candelaria Chavez; sons, Bobby Chavez, Ramon Chavez, Anthony Chavez and Lawrence Chavez; daughters, Connie Jaramillo, Ruth Chavez, Rachel Chavez, Marie Chavez, Stella Gurule, Theresa Aguirre and Bernadette Chavez; 28 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and numerous family and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be at Holy Rosary Church with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2000 with Mass on Thursday at 11:00 a.m., and burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
