Cora Sweeney, age 62, died on Tuesday, September 12, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Fred Sweeney of Capitan, CA; son, Donald Sgambato of Ruidoso; daughters, Christine VanPool and husband, Todd of Albuquerque, Beth Sanchez and husband, Dion of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Tasha and Renee Sgambato, and great-granddaughter, Jamine. Cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service Tuesday, September 19, 2:00 p.m. at Church of the Holy Mount in Ruidoso. Arrangements by Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo NE.
