Obituary for Rogers

Paul E. Rogers, 68, a resident of Albuquerque for 14 years, died Sunday, September 3, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Barbara of the family home; daughters, Susan Pedersen and husband, Michael of Albuquerque, Cheryl Reilling and husband, Robert of Albuquerque, Linda M. Iwan of Chicago, and Elana Nightlinger and husband, Floyd of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Faro, Brandon and Nicole; sisters, Mary Gates and husband, Don, Kathleen Blank and husband, Paul, and Barbara Rogers; brother, Ray Rogers and wife, Louise; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Rogers was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and also a member of the American Legion Post 49. He was the owner of P.E.R. Air Cargo. Services will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Road NW, with Deacon Bob Lewis, officiating. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Road NW, Wednesday, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association - NM Affiliate, P.O.
